At Your Furry Godmothers, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while also respecting the time we’ve set aside for your pets.

• For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.

• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may qualify for a partial refund if the reason is medical or an emergency. Each situation will be reviewed individually.

• No refunds are available for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

• Holiday bookings require at least 72 hours’ notice for a full refund. Late holiday cancellations are not refundable.

We always aim to treat every client with compassion, and we will do our best to work with you when unexpected circumstances arise.
