These Terms & Conditions are the agreement between you and Your Furry Godmothers. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to follow them.

You must be at least 18 years old to book with us. When you book, you’re responsible for providing accurate information about your pets, your home, and how we can access it. Our services are designed for pet parents in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas, and all bookings are confirmed by us in writing.

Payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the details we provide in your invoice or booking confirmation. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a scheduled visit may still be charged, and holiday bookings often follow stricter rules.

We always do our best to provide safe and loving care. But we can’t guarantee that everything will go perfectly every time. If your pet has undisclosed health or behavior issues, or if unsafe conditions exist in your home, we aren’t responsible for damages or injuries that result. Our liability is limited to the cost of services you’ve paid for.
These Terms are governed by Oklahoma law. If any disputes arise, we’ll do our best to resolve them with you informally. If that’s not possible, disputes will be handled in Oklahoma courts. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
